Meal Plan: March 11-15, 2013

Hello Readers,

How's your weekend going?  Did you "spring forward"?  We did, and it's showing in my twins, they're still taking their "morning/afternoon" nap, and it's 4 PM here.  I think they're going to skip their second nap today!  We will see though!  So I just got back from grocery shopping and I have ingredients to plan this week's meals!  Let's go!

Monday:
I didn't get to make those turkey sliders last week, so guess what we will have?  ;)

Tuesday:
I got a nice pork loin, and I'm going to slow cook it, and shred half of it and make pork tacos, I will find use for the rest of it later in the week.

Wednesday:
My stuffed peppers recipe, meatless!

Thursday:
I'm going to do some sort of tater tot casserole, since I will have ground turkey to use up!

Friday:
