I Broke the Blogging Rules

Hi Readers,

I swear I haven't forgotten about you!  I haven't forgotten about Cooking For Ireland either!  I've been posting here and there on my Facebook page:  http://www.facebook.com/cooking4ireland?ref=ts&fref=ts  But I can explain!  Well I am sure you know why, I am BUSY!  Christmastime with twin babies is exhausting!  It's already almost Christmas and I feel like I just got into November, oy vey!  So I've been cooking very easy things, and/or repeats, so nothing too exciting to report.  I do, however, have an awesome casserole to share with you:

French's Green Bean Chicken Casserole

Boil two-three cubed red potatoes, cook some chopped chicken, put into a casserole dish with a can of green beans and a can of cream of soup with some milk, stir, sprinkle with French's onions and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.  Give it a shot, not bad for no time/energy/motivation!

Merry Christmas,
