Recipe Review: Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker

Hi Readers,

How's it going?  I cannot believe it is Thursday, HALLELUJAH!  That means tomorrow is Friday.  That is amazing!  I'm just cracking up right now, my husband is talking to his 12 year old brother about girls and telling him about the first things he said to me, and it's cracking me up!  My face is hurting from stifling my laughing!  I'm also in a good mood, because dinner was great.  Now don't get discouraged by the name of the recipe I'm reviewing, it's not what I've done before, but for some reason, the people AllRecipes.com want to be humble about this, but they should really name it yummy-nummy delicious pork chops for the slow cooker.

I have to say, I sliced up a pork loin roast instead of pork chops, very cheap, about $2.50 a pound to be exact, and I halved the recipe, I have to say, I wish I hadn't!  It didn't make enough, we want more and more!  I made jasmine rice, and steamed broccoli that I infused with the sauce from the pork, garlic, soy sauce and ginger.
I mixed them all together to create a super delicious bowl of yummy-nummy delicious pork!
Don't be jealous, this was SUPER easy, and super cheap.  Please give this a try!  Let me know what you think of this!  You will not regret it!
