Recipe Review: Chicken, Ranch and Rice Soup

Hi Readers,

How are you doing?  I'm not going to mention the election, I'm over it!  I'm doing pretty well, but I just got a headache, so that's kind of lame!  I finally had my pedicure today that my husband bought me for Mother's Day, (6 months ago), I now have green toenails!
So let's get down to dinner, I made Chicken, Ranch and Rice Soup tonight, found here:  http://pinterest.com/pin/32088216065100472/
And as I'm sure you can assume, I did not follow the recipe completely.  I just used about 1/2 cup shredded chicken that I had left in the freezer, added a couple carrots, and extra celery.  I also added dried dill weed and paprika.  I didn't use chicken broth, I used chicken bullion instead, and salt/pepper.  I used jasmine rice, and we garnished with hot sauce!

Overall, this was so easy, and so good, and filling!!  I would suggest a few big rolls on the side!

Short and sweet,

Meg
