I hope your weekend is treating you well! Ours sure is! We went to a baby shower this morning and the pumpkin patch this afternoon. We are just relaxing now. The twins wouldn't nap in their room since they napped during the baby shower.
Last night we did a lot of relaxing and reconnecting too, which is so nice. It was really cold and rainy yesterday, my favorite and I am so glad that I had clam chowder on the menu. I did not cook my own clams, I bought smoked clams. So since I didn't have the flavored clammy water I added garlic and paprika also dill and celery salt. Other than that I completely followed the recipe!
Overall I would say it was about medium difficulty because it had a lot of chopping and different things to do and timing was important. We really like this and it was super filling! I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to try a new clam chowder recipe!
