Recipe Review: Slow Cooker Potato Soup

Hello Readers,

What a chilly day it was!  I LOVED it!  I only had the AC on for a few hours!  It was so nice, and I wore boots all day, inside.  Little things make you feel pretty when you're a stay at home mom!  Also, it's fun to cook in heels!  So let's get down to the recipe review, because it's late, and I should get off the computer soon!

So I actually followed this recipe as it says:  http://pinterest.com/pin/32088216064735318/
I just halved it, because 5 lbs of potatoes and 8 cups of broth is just insane for two people.  This recipe was SO GOOD.  I made bacon to go with it, and I put some cheddar and pepper jack over the top, and some Siracha.  This was great for such a cold day, and it was so simple to make.  Here's a picture to prove the deliciousness:

This didn't look as pretty as I thought it would, I thought making an X would be cool, it looks a little lame, but oh well!  Sorry this is so short and to the point, but I'm sleepy and my babies need to be fed soon!

Soup's On,

Meg
