Redo Meal Plan September 17-21

Hello Readers,

I decided that I don't like how boring my meal plan was, and I asked my husband what he would like in a meal next week so I'm having a do-over.

I asked my husband what he would like for a dinner and he said the BBQ chicken in the Crock Pot, so, we'll be having that, maybe with some zucchini tots on the side!

We do have an overabundance of brown rice and lentils, and I've heard a lot about brown rice and lentils together, so why not give it a try?  I love brown rice, I love lentils, and there's gotta be enough fiber in there to power miles of intestines..Okay, that was a little nerdy, and a little gross, but we all lack fiber, and we all need to get moving...
Anyway, I'll be making Oven Baked Lentils and Brown Rice

I'm going to try out a new potato soup recipe, because I can!
Slow Cooker Potato Soup

I am thinking Taco Salad and/or burritos.

Friday:Buffalo Chicken in the Crock Pot

So I think that this week will be a little more interesting that I had originally planned, so I better get to the store and get my shopping done!
