It is Friday, so that means I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow, and I need to write my list, and in order to write a list, I need to plan out our meals! Let's get started, so I really want to pull recipes from my Pinterest so my time spent searching on there hasn't been in vain:
So I have an overabundance of brown rice and lentils and I've heard a lot about brown rice and lentils together, and why not give it a try? I love brown rice, and I love lentils, and there's gotta be enough fiber in there to power miles of intestines..Okay that was a little nerdy, and a little gross, but we all lack fiber, and we all need to get moving...
Anyway, here's Monday's dinner plan:
Oven baked lentils and brown rice
I am having a hard time being inspired today making my meal plan, and here is one meal that is always comforting and welcome in our home, a different recipe, but I'm willing to try something new:
Slow Cooker Potato Soup
I think we'll have burritos or taco salad, or both, yummy!
Always need some chicken in our diet:
Buffalo Chicken in the Crock Pot and serve it on tortillas or buns
I think we'll have tilapia fillets baked in the oven, and oven fries with the leftover potatoes.
I apologize for the lackluster meal plan, I've just had a big headache and heartburn all day, and my babies have been crying all day!
