I'll just explain my title, Grilled Cheese Sampler: Lately I've been grocery shopping every week and every week I buy a new pack of cheese, why? Because I eat cheese, lunch meat and Fiber One brownies when I feed babies in the middle of the night in order to stay awake, and entertain myself. Plus, there are so many kinds I want to try. Well we now have 4 different kinds of sliced cheese, consisting of Tillamook garlic white chedder, Tillamook habanero jack, horseradish cheddar, and smoked provolone. On a side note, Tillamook dairy products are the best we've ever had, sour cream and their low-fat yogurt are to die for! Not to mention their ICE CREAM and CHEESE. If you ever go to the Oregon coast, check out the Tillamook factory, you won't regret it.
Anyhoo, I need to use up my cheese, so I made 4 different grilled cheese sandwiches, and cut them in triangles, and arranged them around a mug of tomato basil soup with garlic cheddar and had a grand time.
We love cheese. Oh cheese.
