I Heart My Crock Pot!!

Hello readers,

Like I've said before, and I'll say it again, and again, I love my Crock Pot.  It is a life-saver, especially now that I'm back in school, and pregnant.  I am exhausted, not kidding.  I'm practically chugging my skinny vanilla, and still ready for bed.
Okay, back to my food, I wanted to make it yesterday, because that's my latest day, and I just know I'll be so tired that I'll end up ordering out if I don't have it already cooking.  So I only have about five minutes to prepare this recipe, because my friend and I were heading out to lunch before going back to school.

BBQ Chicken

I added three frozen chicken breasts in, more like threw/dropped them in.  Then I didn't have a whole bottle of BBQ sauce so I just beat the bottle until I could get most of it out.  Then I did measure the vinegar and tried to pour it on each breast.  Then I dumped in some garlic powder, did not measure, and same with red pepper flakes.  Then I put it on low, and left.
I totally forgot about the brown sugar, so when I got home after it had been cooking for 5 hours, I threw in some brown sugar and stirred it in, and let it cook for another hour.  The recipe says 4-6 hours, so I went for a little longer than six hours.

BBQ Chicken and Parmesan Rice
I served this with just Parmesan rice, I was starving and didn't feel like making an effort, oh well.  My husband and I both gobbled it up, it was spicy and sweet and savory, and you couldn't even taste the vinegar!  This is a definitely do-again recipe and I recommend that you try it as well.  So yummy!!
