Sliders.

I found out today why sliders are called sliders:  The SLIDE in the pan and make it hard to flip em!

Okay, so today I made baking powder biscuits and turkey burger sliders.
first I made the baking powder biscuits, I got it from my Betty Crocker cookbook, I'm not going to put the recipe on here, because I don't have it memorized, and I am slightly lazy today, because it is my Friday night haha.

So once I baked those, I made my turkey burger sliders.  I got the recipe from foodnetwork.com, but I didn't completely follow the recipe, but you can look it up if you want.
Basically I took 3/4 pound of ground turkey, put some water in it, salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic powder, and dehydrated onion, and mixed it together, and made little burgers that I cooked on the stove top.  It takes around 4 minutes a side, it needs to be browned.  Make sure the sliders will fit into the biscuit.

Usually you caramelize onions with BBQ sauce, but I did not have onions.  Instead we topped with various toppings:  Cheese, pepperoni, ranch dressing and BBQ sauce.
Soo yummy, sooo good.

Please try these, they are the easiest things ever to make, you will thank me.

This is where I found the recipe, check it out.

Once again, this has been sporadic, and I forgot to take a picture of it, and it is all gone, oh well!  Next time.
